It was a great honor to receive the award by the regional authorities, as Ambassador of the region, in the III Beekeeping and Tourism Fair of Caminomorisco, held on the early November, 2015.

But that implies recognition, embodied in the delivery of a commemorative plate by the president of the "Junta de Extremadura", Guillermo Fernández Vara, should be directed not only to me, but to them that support us every day and help bring our dreams, hopes and projects to fruitio from the administrations of the region, the Council and the Community and and the Mayor's own.

I want to give my thanks to them all who have helped to make possible the Riomalo Rural Tourism Complex, and continue every day. I think there are actions that go unnoticed for ordinary citizens, but often we do not perceive that there is much work behind what we see, at the institutional level.

My warmest congratulations to the Municipal Corporation of Caminomorisco, with the mayor at the head, Gervasio Martín Gómez , by the skill shown in the said fair. We can show Las Hurdes through our respective tourism companies, but they are the ones that promote the possibilities open to have a present and a future as I think the region deserves.

 And to all those who have participated in that feria, my sincere thanks, in the name of the Riomalo Rural Tourism Complex and in the name of all good citizens that work and try to make the region being known inside and outside our borders.
